In May 2025, we provided a one-stop ingredient supply solution for a South American health supplement brand. The customer mainly produces capsule supplements and needed to source multiple vitamin ingredients for OEM production.
Before this project, the customer used a list-based purchasing model, which made procurement more complicated and less efficient. After understanding their detailed requirements, we helped upgrade the project into an integrated raw material supply solution.
Through sample validation and bulk delivery, the cooperation was completed and has developed into a stable, long-term partnership.
